HOA Invoices will be mailed at the end of January. If you do not receive one please let us know. The 2026 assessment will be $200.Payment options:1 – Electronic (fees involved) – Click PAY DUES up top.2 – Check (no fees) – mail to Hunters Ridge HOA, PO Box 63, Alpha, OH 45301. Or, bring a check to the annual meeting on February 17th.The Board enclosed a budget in the mailing outlining our expenses in 2025 along with our proposed budget for 2026.
