Important Announcements, Events, and News:

HOA Invoices will be mailed at the end of January. If you do not receive one please let us know. The 2026 assessment will be $200.

Payment options:

1 – Electronic (fees involved) – Click PAY DUES up top.

2 – Check (no fees) – mail to Hunters Ridge HOA, PO Box 63, Alpha, OH 45301. Or, bring a check to the annual meeting on February 17th.

Budget and expenses will be loaded under resources prior to the February 17 Annual Meeting.

HOA Annual Meeting – February 17th at 7:00pm located at Beavercreek High School – Please drive around back and go in the main doors.
