Current HOA Hunters Ridge Action Items:
1) Working with the City of Beavercreek to improve 2024 Drainage issues and the maintenance of roundabouts in the Hunters Ridge neighborhood.
2) Tree Care Inc hired to remove 30 Ash trees at the entrance of plat.
3) Post cards being sent via postal mail to provide FY2024 HOA dues and Annual Meeting information.
4) Reviewing quotes for HOA bills to include Jones Fish and Rine Landscaping.
